It has been and continues to be a fully loaded adventure to find my way in the world. A big part of that adventure has focused on better understanding my path, as a human and as a healer. I'm not sure the desire to understand self and our connection to the Divine Universe is as strong in all of us; it feels to me like it informs my every thought and action. This grand adventure I'm sharing with you all isn't always a fun experience, however it is ALWAYS interesting. Some of the most profound and beneficial life experiences have pain as their catalyst. Pain is a very effective teacher. That is the nature of being human. Essential to true healing is coming to a place of self-acceptance and self-love. A process ​I call Finding Your Light. It is the absence of this love that causes us such profound pain. I find deep satisfaction helping people achieve the profound and lasting healing that comes with Finding Your Light.

I have learned some powerful tools and practices along my own path that enable me to walk others down their path in a way that maximizes growth and transformation and minimizes the crises and turmoil that can be a common part of the process. I am tremendously effective at helping people face their traumas, the wounds that came as a result, and the healing process. I am this effective because fear of our shadow aspects no longer paralyzes me, because I truly love people and know us to be capable of loving ourselves, and because I have witnessed time and again just how healing that love is.
